AZ-900 exam revoked due to test center and Customer care people are very rude and unprofessional.

Question

I have enrolled for AZ-900 but it got revoked as the test center was not appropriate. Nothing mentioned in Pre-requisite as Room require for test. Due to Covid situation, i moved to my home town and setup a shade to work for my organization as better internet in that area.

I have attended trainings and studied for days to appear for the test. But checkin process done with green tick but all sudden Proctor said I am revoking the test as test center is not appropriate. They could listed in Pre-req, I would have moved to a better place to qualify for the test.

The treatment is very de-respectful and was not expecting from Organization like Pearson-Microsoft.
When i called customer care, they just said wait for 1 week and they have no information and cannot do anything.

What rubbish.
Please consider my request and see if i can re-schedule the test AEAP as i need to focus on my assignments.
