Microsoft 3d Scan app says initializing sensor then 3D Scan application crashes

When I launch the 3d Scan App it says "Initializing sensor" and after couple of seconds the app just closes itself.
I have driver 2.2.1811.10000 installed for the xbox one Kinect I am trying to use.
