AZ-900 exam on OnVue not get launched

While check-in for AZ-900 examination, I waited in queue for 30 min and then the error message displayed as "We're sorry your exam has not launched.Click here for help or to reschedule. Do not close he Onvue application untill instructed."

Please help me to reschedule my examination as soon as possible.
