Seucrity update installation fails to update SQL Server data tools

Question

While installing 4583465 Security update for SQL Server 2012 SP4 GDR it fails to update SQL SERVER Data tools. Below are the sample logs from SQL_bids_CPU64_1.log. I have run FINDSQLINSTALLS.vbs script, but couldn't find any missing MSI or MSP errors within the output file. Please advise what needs to be done to resolve the issue. Thanks in Advance!

This 4583465 Security update is the update package for SQL Server 2012 SP4 GDR, not include SQL SERVER Data tools(SQL Server 2012 BI Development Studio).

If you want to upgrade SQL server BI Development Studio, you need to download previous SSDT package, then select right SSDT-BI project templates. But the newest version SSDT has get all of the project templates together in one SSDT. Refer to MS document Previous releases of SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT and SSDT-BI) to get more.
