I'm trying to use different types of buttons in the div 1.
Apparently, this is not possible

        <asp:Button class ="Button_x0" ID="Button3" runat="server" />

        {
            Width: 14%;
            Height: 12%;
        }

        .Button_x1 
        {
            Width: 70px;
            Height: 30px;
            margin-left: 20px;
            margin-bottom: 0px;
        }

According to your a little codes,I can't reproduce your issues. There are two ways:
1.Using display: inline-block between divs.
2.Using front-end open source toolkit Bootstrap.

I have replaced the button with the imagebutton.
These image buttons are placed on the same level.
I'm at the very beginning of understanding style.
