Certification Query

i have an exam on 2nd May 2020.
This was scheduled from work computer.
However now when i check from Personal Systems[https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx] it does not show me the Appointment of that exam on 2nd May 2021.
It says No Appointments
Can u please help me on this so that i can take the exam smoothly.
Let me know if there are any steps.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
