I have taken the exam AI-900 fundamentals but cannot log in the certificate dashboard to retrieve the certificate

I have completed my exam and successfully received an email of certification of AI-900 fundamentals today on 4th of April, 2021. I can log in to the Microsoft learning dashboard but failed to log in to the certificate one, with a promoted message of 'that Microsoft account doesn't exist'.

I would like to receive my certificate back (certificate ID: 990979288)
