installing a program in domain user machin

i need to edit group policy to prompt me with a user name and password for and admin when installing a program or make any task need admin without right click on .exe and select run with a diffract user
i'm running on server 2008 r2

    As a standard user you won't be able to install any program and the administrator would be able to do it.
    You need to contact to the administrator and ask them to do it.
    They would be able to do it remotely.
    In other case, the administrator could grant you sufficient permission so you could perform these tasks.

    Hi,
    Welcome to share here!
    This can be done through the UAC settings.
    Policy path : Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options in the Local Security Policy snap-in.

    For the standard users ,check the policy : User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for standard users
    Set it to :Prompt for credentials on the secure desktop
    And the policy : User Account Control: Detect application installations and prompt for elevation Set it to : Enabled
