Cambiar Plan

Hola. Hace unos días atrás realicé la gestión de probar un mes gratis el producto de Microsoft 365 en mi computadora. Tal entendí luego de este mes de prueba hay que pagar el servicio por un año adelantado o bien cancelar la suscripción. Pero hay una opción que aparentemente puedo cambiar el plan para pagarlo mensualmente, realizó los pasos que me indica, pero me da un error. Como hago para cambiar esto, o bien que hago para poder cancelar mensualmente. Gracias.
