I don't know why I can't find my Software Center in my laptop, with W10 system

Hello, I had the same issue... I found the following fix worked for me - then I made sure to pin the application to the taskbar to keep it handy the next time I needed it...

"Right-click Start and click Run. This opens a Run Command window. Type SoftwareCenter: and press Enter.

This should launch the Software Center on the computer."

Hi,
For Software Center to be present, the ConfigMgr client agent must be locally installed on the system and must be successfully registered to the ConfigMgr site. If there is no C:\Windows\CCM folder, then the agent is not installed.
Is SCCM configured to redeploy the agent to new computers?
Check if you have the C:\Windows\ccmsetup folder with ccmsetup.exe inside.
You also simply try deleting the pc from SCCM and let it be rediscovered.
