One of my powerpoint file is extremely slow including the pdf file it outputs (takes 20 sec to get to the next page)

Question

My teacher sent me a pptx file and after I opened it, the software starts to get super slow for every request. I tried to save it as a pdf file, but the pdf is even slower. Only this pptx file got this kind of problem, and my other pptx are fine. Have no idea what is going wrong with this file, it's only 23MB!
Does anyone have the same issue? Could anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
