can not log in anywhere access

hi since i have had server crashes i have been down to format the server and install new us on windows server 2016 I have come to the point that I need to set up windows Anywhere access and type my dynamic DNS xxxxx.remotewebaccess.com and click Enter and enter the email address xxxxxxxx@Karima ben .com
code xxxxxxxx then it says anywhere access an error occurred while setting up your domain name what should I do :( have fixed IP from ISP stofa hope you can help me :) I just send a picture of the error https://ibb.co/KyjdXby
