how to remove user from Sharepoint 2019 SQL database

add new user to Search service application will create the user account login under SQL security , due to security team request we need to remove the user account from SQL server .
After remove the user permission from Search service application SQL permission is removed but the account still available at SQL server
try to manually delete the account from the root security but notice that under search database still have the user account there (with no permission) and some schema over there.

my question if we just delete the account without clean up the schema will causing SharePoint patching failed in future ?

any better way to clean up all in one short ?
thanks

@SinPeow

I don’t think manually clean up the account (not service account) will cause hidden issues.

Which account are you referring to, specifically? You need to maintain accounts in SQL in order to properly run the service.

previously we granted user account (not service account ) and after removed the account from search service application administrator those account still remain at SQL server . I have tried manually delete the account from 4 search DB (will delete the user own schemas ) at last delete the account from SQL instance . try run psconfig and looking good , not sure this manually clean up will cause any hidden issues or not so looking around see have anyone doing the same here?

User accounts are granted access when you grant users administrator rights to services, Shell Admin (Add-SPShellAdmin) or Farm Admin rights. This is normal operation for SharePoint and you shouldn't use service accounts for daily administration activity.
