Hello, we're working in an Hybrid architecture, with exchange 2016 CU18 Server and Exchange Online. I've had to migrate more than 200 mailboxes shared from on-prem to exchange on-line. How can I do to move them and keep the same permissions that the users have on prem now?
Thanks a lot.

Yes, permissions will be retained .
You may need to re-do SEND AS perms if they have any of those however.

From what I have seen, if you are using the latest version of AADConnect and Perms are set now, they will continue to work after you move the mailbox to 365.
