Microsoft word update

I updated my word, excel and powerpoint a week ago and the update is still running. How can I stop that?

    What the version of your Office? Such as Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (16.0.13901.20336).

    Firstly, please try repairing Office.

    Then you could open Office applications in safe mode to eliminate interference from add-ins and startup items to check this issue.
