@TKujala THANK YOU! I have 56 users needing to access only a selection of the files that are on the private channel document library, so I guess best practice would be to copy them to the parent site. I don't want to MOVE them as the Team is still working on them. The onus is on me such that if any of those documents are updated/deleted, etc. then I need to remember to copy the newest version over to the Parent Site.
This takes me to another question now. Is it possible to have more than one Description value in the metadata? IE., the document in question relates to 'expense' but it was also published to the entire Team during WK 6 of our training schedule. So ideally I would love to classify this document with 'expense' AND 'WK 6'. That way I can create different views (for different purposes), an 'expense' view where all documents pertaining to expenses show up and a 'WK 6' view where all documents presented in WK 6 of training were used.
