Project Name won't change when copy & paste

I was able to name a previous project "Exterior Shelter Lighting", but I don't' remember how. Now when I copy & paste to a new project, even when I rename the file, when I print the Project as a PDF. the bottom left corner still prints out "Exterior Shelter Lighting". It updated the date correctly, but can't find how to edit the Project84589--antennae-move-construction-schedule-draft-fix-nam.pdf name.
