sbs 2011 problem console shows computers status is unknown - no dns entry

i'm not sure if its as simple as some service not started or something else, please help determine and fix, thanks.

    Are you using DNS xxxxx.remotewebaccess.com ? If yes , you may encountered similiar issue asked in this post :remotewebaccess.com down again?

    There's one solution I found from this blog might help: Essentials Servers – fix up to get remotewebaccess renewed
