Selenium tests failed after paid plan downgrade

Hi. I have a .Net Framework project on Gitlab CI with 50 Selenium tests. After downgrading the App Service plan from premium to standard most of them failed for time out 60 sec. I don't need premium because this is my on-premise version for testing. How can I resolve this?

Could you provide some additional details on how the selenium tests are failing? What is that's being tested? If you scale back up to premium, do the failures go away?
