How do i get my scoresheet for my exam certification

Hi I recently wrote a microsoft exam. Azure AI-900, immediately after the exam i got a notification to check my certificate on my profile. the certificate on my profile was the congratulatory one stating i had completed the exam.
but i need the scoresheet. the one where my scores were broken down. Please anyhelp with this?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
