Microsoft Excel Certification Exams and Training Programs' availability

Hello,

my name is Franco and I come from Italy.
Thanks to my job, I have learned quite a few things of Excel, and I was thinking of getting a certification to confirm my degree of knowledge.
Looking through the certifications, I have found some possible exams I could undergo, but it seems like their training courses are not available anymore.
Some other courses however, are complete, even with a multiple choice.

I thought they might have been listed in the "retired courses" section, but I couldn't find them there.

I was wondering: are the courses still available (in any sort of digital format)? And if so, where can I find the files?
Alternatively, is there any associate of yours who can provide an approved training course?
