"Point and Print"leads to error 0x00000709

Computer A: Windows 10 pro x64 has a local printer and shares this to the network.
Computer B: Windows 10 pro x64 is in same network and "sees" in the local explorer, that A shares this printer.

If B tries to connect to the printer it receives error:
"Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709).
Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network".

If we change rolls: B shares a printer, A connects to it, then it works.
It does not depend on a specific printer, it happens with all.

Anyboy an idea what is wrong here?

Thanks Georg
