Power Automate : Applicant's address is not provided on the approval request ( windows forms )

Question

The approval flow is working correctly the only problem is in the requestor's address, the address is always that of the creator of the form

How to make so that the request arrives on behalf of the requester, knowing that the user is already well detected at the level of the preceding steps for detection of hierarchical superior
