Please try to reference the following screenshot to configure the USB headphone.
My MAIRDI headphone does not work with TEAMS, but works with other programs. What can I do?

My MAIRDI USB headphone doesn't work with TEAMS. It works fine with other platforms. Does TEAMS not recognize a USB headphone connection?
