Exchange Server Update

Hello,

The system is Windows Server 2008 R2 and i am trying to patch the server with KB5000848

The update fails to install both from windows update and i have tried to install it directly from Microsoft catalog.

I am getting the error with Code 8024200D

The troubleshooting i have made is :

1) Run Dism

2) Run sfc

3)Stoping services regarding windows update, renaming windowsdistribution folder and windowsupdate log file

I would need some assitance on this,

    March 9, 2021—KB5000848 (Monthly Rollup) is applied to Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2, if your server OS is Windows Server 2008 R2, this KB cannot be installed.
    Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard is end of support on 1/14/2020.

    Please install the latest SSU KB4566425, then restart computer and manually install KB5000848 again.

    Hello,

    the exchange is 2013 version 15.0.1367.3 and i want to patch it with KB5000871 for the exchange.
    Is there any prerequisite to do so ?

    Just as my previous post said, install the latest SSU KB4566425.
    Then, install KB500087 from here:
