Can not scedule with my company discount to connect to Pearson VUE

URGENT !!

Hi, i linked my private Email: mesajat71@Karima ben .com adress with my company email: u.anil.sueslue@T-Systems Singapore .com.

Can you please support me.

Why do i get this error below? I can not go forward to choose a date for certification for Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals - AZ-900.

I also contacted Pearson VUE and hope to that this problem is fixed very fast, so i can start my certification asap !!

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
