Lost Discount

I got a discount from my organization ABC about [Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals - AZ-900]

At first I linked my ABC account to my personal account a@Karima ben .com, And claimed the discount to a@Karima ben .com.

But after that, I want to change an account for exam.
So I canceled the exam, and linked my ABC account to my personal account b@Karima ben .com.
Then, there no discount for the exam.

I linked my ABC account to my personal account a@Karima ben .com again.
There is no discount for the exam too.

I just want to change an account that linked to my IBM account.
I have't used my discount but it disappear.

How can I do about it.
