Hi
My intranet shows 115000 documents after completing the search indexing/crawling. I want to find out all the documents, content based on the view/visit list/library data.

There is a "Content Viewing" option under Site Settings -> Audit report . It works if I narrow down I use Custom report, check event "Opening or downloading documents, viewing items in lists, or viewing item properties", the custom report is generated quickly for the specific list or library but if I make selection as the default Content Viewing option, it takes forever and sometime it throws error:

[Forced due to logging gap, cached @ 04/07/2021 00:01:47.77, Original Level: Verbose] SQL connection time: 0.103218956898713 for Data Source=SPPortalServerDB;Initial Catalog=WSS_Content_Intranet;Integrated Security=True;Persist Security Info=False;Enlist=False;Pooling=True;Min Pool Size=0;Max Pool Size=100;PoolBlockingPeriod=Auto;Asynchronous Processing=False;Connection Reset=True;MultipleActiveResultSets=False;Replication=False;Connect Timeout=15;Encrypt=False;TrustServerCertificate=False;Load Balance Timeout=0;Packet Size=8000;Type System Version=Latest;Application Name=".Net SqlClient Data Provider";User Instance=False;Context Connection=False;Transaction Binding="Implicit Unbind";ApplicationIntent=ReadWrite;MultiSubnetFailover=False;TransparentNetworkIPResolution=True;ConnectRet... 90d435erter-3c37-c080-0a76-7666bad57930

Will you please assist me on generating the report? Please let me know any guidance on fixing this.

    Hi, @Shri-6058 ,

Forced due to logging gap is in fact not an error message but a message of time out. You can check the ULS log for more detailed information for possible error message. You can use a ULS viewer for troubleshooting.
