Any way to remove our application from the store when it does not show up in Partner Center?

A long time ago we deployed some Windows mobile applications with Windows Mobile Device Center to the Windows Store.
Later the management for these applications was migrated to Partner Center.
We recently discovered that one of the applications does not show up in Partner Center.
We want to remove the application from the Windows Store, but have no idea how.
