I wanted to know if there was a possibility to being able to have 2 different planners for 1 issue reporting app on Teams

What do you mean “2 different planner for 1 issue reporting app”?

As we are mainly responsible for general question of Microsoft Teams, this question is more related to Planner. For more effective supports, you could post a new case in Planner community.

Meanwhile, you could refer to this link which contains main features integrated between Teams and Planner.
