How can I transfer my microsoft docs ******@cognity.gr profile to anonymized@user profile

Hi All,

Currently, I maintain two Microsoft Learn profiles under ******@cognity.gr and anonymized@USER .
I want to transfer all my achievements, badges, and trophies from ******@cognity.gr to anonymized@USER .
Is this possible and how;
