    Hi,

    Thanks for posting in Microsoft MECM Q&A forum.

    Please make sure the script is running in the user context. You can also try to make a bat file to add the real registry files and deploy it as an application. A similar thread for your reference:
    Deploy Excel .xlam add in via SCCM.
