Problems with PearsonVue when Scheduling Exam

I'm trying to schedule a Microsoft Exam with PearsonVue, but i'm getting an error saying that my Microsoft profile was not found on PearsonVue.
I contacted PV Support and they asked me to ask Microsoft for the solution.
