Sandbox Charges

Question

Hello, I'm doing the azure fundamentals AZ900 course through IBM (GTS L&K EMEA - portal). While doing the course I activated the sandbox for doing the exercise which is in part 2 module of the course (SQL database). After following all the steps just before I proceed with the "review+create". It's showing me the monthly charges as "$380". Isn't sandbox free? Or it's just showing and I won't actually be charged? I was very confused if I should be proceeding further or not. So right now I'm stuck at here in the course can't go further without completing the exercise. I have also attached the Picture of what it looks like. Please help me with this. Thank you.

Can you post screenshot of basic tab? Want to check subscription and RG you have selected.. if you have selected sandbox subscription and creating DB in it, then its free.. it is just showing the cost
