Hi,
I have setup free Microsoft 365 E5 developer Subscription user "username@xyz .onmicrosoft.com". The license "Microsoft 365 E5 Developer (without Windows and Audio Conferencing)" has included Power Apps for Office 365 Plan 3.
Can this username@xyz .onmicrosoft.com user create (Trial or sandbox) environment in Admin PowerPlatform?
I got this error when I create the Trial environment.
