Report Viewer 15.0 Install Corruption Error in Visual Studio 2019

I am unable to install the Report Viewer 15.0 package in Visual Studio 2019. I am getting and error "Install Error : System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.IO.IOException: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable." I have a bunch of older websites that used ReportViewer 10.0 and I was planning on referencing the newer version to eliminate the compile errors.

    Hi AlanB,

    You can try to delete all cache packages in the C:\Users\ {username} \ .nuget\packages, then re-start your visual studio.
