Hi,
I am new to powerapps. I would like to edit the MS inspection template, by replacing the "OK", "Issue" & "N/A" with score (e.g.1,2,3). Would like the system to help me to sum all the score too. After submit the inspection, would love to see it under "Review Inspection too", as well as the total score. Can anyone please help?
