Locked out of Office 365 for a year now.

I need assistance logging into my Office365 account that I purchased over a year ago. I have not been able to use my account in over 9 months now. The domain is:

fastcycle.onmicrosoft.com

I lost two-factor when I changed my phone number and after repeated attempts to log in I am now getting the error:

Error Code: 500121
Request Id: d0100325-1d80-4f2c-9c30-9422b2568701
Correlation Id: cba3c78c-4b3a-4a9a-afdc-9a788f4fc6e3

If someone could direct me to a tech I would greatly appreciate it.

    As we are mainly responsible for Lync server, your problem is more related to Office 365 account. I will remove office-lync-server-sign-in tag. Thanks for your understanding.
