Error with exam schedule

I have tried to schedule my Microsoft Exam with the employee discounts of my company, but in all situations i receive the same error. I have tried follow the steps described in the error message, but none of them make effective. I think the problem it's because i linked my employee account in my gmail personal account, and not in my microsoft personal Account. Have some problem with that? If so, i can unlink the employee account of my gmail personal account and link in the correct personal account (without lost the discounts)? The error is attached with this question. 85954-error.png
