I'm setting up a user flow for allowing my users to log in using one time passwords sent by text message to their phones. Since I know which country all my users will come from, I can skip asking for the country code. I can't figure out how to avoid displaying the confirmation page where users are asked to confirm country code and phone number when logging in. If it can't be avoided, I can live with that, but then I would like to customize the page to match company branding. However, I can't figure out which layout needs a custom page in order to do what I want. Can anybody help me either avoid the confirmation page or help me find the correct layout to modify?
