Multiple email accounts

Our company has 4 email accounts. Info@ontariospillresponse.ca, admin@ontariospillresponse.ca, abatement@ontariospillresponse.ca and accountspayable@ontariospillresponse.ca.

I am the admin of all the emails, ( info@ontariospillresponse.ca) when i open my inbox, it shows all the email addresses as it should, however when I open one of the inboxes to see that traffic or check the email it shows " nothing to show"

I need to see all the emails that my staff are sending and receiving.... how do I do that?
