Sceduled Exam does not showup in My Appoinments in the MS Dashboard

Scheduled Exam does not show up in My Appointments in the MS Dashboard
After the SSO Sign on My appointments is blank and shows no appointments
Pearson says that could be due to Multiple email ids
Can this be verified or merged if any other exists
