Error Client Push Error: 0x87d00231

Good afternoon Team.

I hope you are well.

I have a question, in my client we are installing the client via client push, at the end gives me as code 0 but the client still does not register.

When reviewing the log file "ClientIDManagerStartup.log" tells me RegTask: Failed to send registration request message. Error: 0x87d00231

Could it be that the error is a certificate problem?

Has it happened to you? What can I apply to solve this problem?

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

The error may be caused by that the client was failling to communicate with management point, you can try to uncheck the box from Site Properties which disable CRL check and check the log again.

If the error is still reported, clould you please share the LocationServices.log and CcmMessaging.log (with sensitive information masked), may be more causes can be found.
