RDP suddenly stopped working on two of my computers - Apr 2021

I have looked at all the other posts and tried the suggestions there, but none of them has worked.

Short story, I have been using RDP for years and years and it has been working through various windows updates from XP to 10. I am guessing the latest update 20H2 made some changes to these computers that I cannot RDP to them anymore.
I have tried everything and looked at the registry as some posts suggest, firewall, windows version, deleted and created new credentials, .... to no avail.

when I look at the process through Wireshark, I see that the target computer (it happens on both of my win10 machines) closes the TCP connection with a RESET and I get this error message "This computer can't connect to the remote computer"

I get the same error message regardless of which computer I use to RDP into these two PCs. so I have eliminated the possibility that it is an issue with the client side.

Any thoughts?

JeanSebastienGagnon-2979 , interesting, I am using Bitdefender as well. will you be kind and elaborate on what the issue was and how you resolved it?
I even disabled bitdefender and still had no luck!?

I finally solved the problem by removing the BD and that fixed the issue. RDP working fine now.
