I got a new phone and wiped and traded in my old phone. The salesman assured me when I logged into my Google account on the new phone all my authenticators would be there. I logged into this authenticator and nothing is there. I have now lost access to my reddit account and I believe I had a few other accounts on this authenticator too that I will eventually also lose access to. I do not have the old phone any more to transfer anything. I do not have any kind of back up codes or keys. Logging into my account should have been enough.
What can I do to get the other accounts on this authenticator?
