GPO error

Question

Hi, when I would like to edit any GPO when I click on Computer Configuration-->Policies-->Windows Settings-->Security Settings then I have this error:
The ipsec policy storage container could not be opened .the following error occurred :

The user name or password is incorrect(8007052e)"

To know the issue more clearly, would you please tell more information about the following questions:
1, Did the issue happen on every GPO or the specific GPO?
2, Did all the DCs have the same issue?
3, Which user did you used to edit the GPO?

Hi,
1.The problem exist when I edit any GPO.
2. I have only one DC
3. I use Administrator account to open ADUC console.

But, today I did reboot of my DC and up for now I do not have this error.
