I have a 2node cluster with 2 DC P4600 2TB cache disks and 28 3TB SAS HDDs as capacity per node, server 2019 datacenter. I would like to add 4 Micron 9100 2.4TB as a performance tier. Can I add a performance tier to an existing storage pool? If so how? Or is starting from scratch the only way?

    Hi,

As far as I'm concerned, seems we can add performance tier to an exisiting storage pool, please refer to the following article:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/storage-spaces/add-nodes

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
