I got above error to my Windows 10 OS licensed copy. Machine will automatically going for restart,I am shairing you the picture of it please check and help me to solve the issue.

If it starts successfully, then check your disks, as suggested. For example, go to File Explorer, right-click the C: disk, select Properties, Tools, Check.

what circumstances did you get the blue screen automatically restarted？For example, after installing updates or other operating.
Firstly, please try to boot into Safe Mode to check. Then perform a clean boot. Please follow the steps below:
