Two step authentication - change to text

Hello all,
I have an Apple Developer account that is bound to a company email that I cannot access anymore.
When doing two-step authentication it sends me a code to that email address.
Is it possible to change that address or for it to be sent to a mobile phone via text (same as with Apple Developer Platform)?
