Rich notifications on Xamarin Forms(iOS)

Hi,

Can someone help me in creating a sample or lead for 'Rich notifications on Xamarin Forms(iOS)', ie a big image notification in notification tray along with buttons to reply or dismiss.

Native iOS reference: https://www.avanderlee.com/swift/rich-notifications/

Above is the link to do the same on native ios, but can we achieve similar experience using xamarin forms (iOS).
